Refunds, Cancellations
& Minimum Stays
Deposit:

A deposit (equal to one nights accommodation) is required within 7 days of booking.

(Single night bookings require payment in full to confirm).

A booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.
|

A confirmation of booking letter will be sent on receipt of deposit. |
Cancellations:

Deposit (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be returned if cancellation occurs more than two weeks before the check in date.

Deposit will not be returned if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of check in date.

Early departures – no refund of payment.

Minimum Stays: and beds booked over
peak periods apply.
Weekends: Two nights stay preferred.
(Either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
Local Event Weekends: 2 nights minimum
Long weekends: 3 nights minimum
Grampians Grape Escape Weekend: (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) 2 nights minimum
Group bookings: We require one person in the group to be responsible for booking and payment.

Our tariff is calculated on the number of bed occupied, therefore if the number of beds occupied differs from number indicated when booking was made or quoted, a additional fee of $50.00 per person per night applies.
