An ideal gift.

Released in May 2006 and showing the same characteristics as the 2002 Endurance Shiraz.

It is a wine of rich berry flavours, silky tannins and depth of flavour.

We attribute this style to the natural aspects of the Grampians Region and allowing the fruit and wine to develop with minimal intervention.

The 2004 growing season was uneventful, with good spring rains and a dry autumn resulting in harvest on 3 rd May 2004. Beaume 13.8

After fermentation, the wine was matured in French oak barrique barrels until bottling in Dec 2005.

The Westgate 2004 Endurance Shiraz is made from fruit grown on mature, 35 years old vines.

The Endurance Label was inspired by two significant events and a 30 year history "enduring the challenges of viticulture in a constantly changing environment".
