Refunds, Cancellations
& Minimum Stays
Deposit:

A deposit (one nights accommodation) is required within 7 days of booking.

(Single night bookings require payment in full to confirm).

A booking is not confirmed until deposit is received.

Confirmation of booking letter will be sent on receipt of deposit. |
Cancellations:

Deposit (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be returned if cancellation occurs more than two weeks before the check in date. (Deposit will not be returned if cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of check in date).

Minimum Stays: and beds booked over

Weekends: Two nights stay preferred.
(Either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday).
Local Event Weekends: 2 nights minimum, 8-person minimum.
Long weekends: 3 nights minimum, 8-person minimum.
Easter: 4 nights minimum, 8-person minimum.
Christmas & New Year: 7 nights minimum, 8 -person minimum.
Grampians Gourmet Weekend: (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) 2 nights minimum, 6-person minimum.
Group bookings: We require one person in the group to be responsible for booking and payment.
School Holidays: 2 nights min, 4-person min preferred.
