The house is situated in a magnificent position, high on a ridge overlooking vineyards and the Grampians, and operates amidst a working farm and vineyard.
The living area is spacious and has magnificent views from all windows.
A separate billiard room and TV room provide ample space for groups.

The Kitchen is extremely well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, crockery, cutlery and equipment to cater for 12 people.
A separate laundry has a washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
Outside, enjoy our extensive garden, a quiet and relaxing eating area, with gas BBQ, and uninterrupted views.
Wander along the ridge tops, relax by the solar heated pool, enjoy a game of tennis, visit some of the wonderful Grampians Wineries, the Grampians National Park...or simply do nothing at all. |
